This outfit is so timeless. All the pieces are so versatile, and I would definitely recommend investing in some of these staple items. They are relatively affordable, and you can constantly find great sales for each piece.
This white off the shoulder top has been in my closet for forever. It is SO soft. Since I've had it for so long, it isn't available at American Eagle anymore, BUT this one is similar and extremely affordable. I also found this Free People top, and it is on MAJOR sale right now. It is slightly different, but definitely a great addition to your closet.
These jeans were actually gifted to me, but they are some of my favorite black jeans I have owned. They don't fade like most black jeans, and they have gorgeous distressed details; the distressing has material underneath that keeps your skin from shining through. They have cute frayed detailing at the end too. Here are some similar ones from Old Navy. They're the same jeans, except the distressed areas don't have any backing.
My hat is a classic staple that I have had for quite a while as well. This is the exact hat. There are several styles that are so pretty too. I am really drawn towards the more relaxed styles that have that "floppy" style to them. They frame the face quite well.
My shoes are a random pair that I found from TJ Maxx. The good thing about these outfit, is you can wear ANY shoes and it will work. Some cute booties like these. A good pair of nude booties are a must, but this photo session was done in the summer, so the strappy wedges had to work.
My denim jacket is also from Old Navy. I saw it and instantly fell in love; the light wash and distressed accents are so timeless. I've linked it here, but definitely scroll through the other options and find a wash that matches your style.
I also want to recommend Stephanie Adcock Photography for anything you may need. She specializes in portrait work, but I have seen a ton of other projects she's worked on and they have turned out amazing.
